-該設(shè)備也適應(yīng)多模芯、流道、渣包排布部確定性的壓鑄坯件進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的流道與產(chǎn)品、渣包分離、也可以選擇沖頭線(xiàn)折斷入料口再超，解決入道口硬導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品難超落分離的問(wèn)題。

-分離作業(yè)過(guò)程中、產(chǎn)品一次性完成分離且不與設(shè)備任何夾具接觸、能夠最 好地保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的完整性。

-開(kāi)料檢測(cè)利用新一代專(zhuān)利技術(shù)、阻攔短路的檢測(cè)方式、定位更精 準(zhǔn)、解決了采用光纖檢測(cè)方式、光纖器件脆弱性易順懷、多故障的問(wèn)題。
